Terrorist, is the word you where looking for. He is the leader of a terrorist organization and should be charged with treason. What a POS.
EFF leader Julius Malema said the cop who accused him and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi of assault should have been guided by the spirit of ubuntu.
Malema and Ndlozi have been accused of pushing the officer at Winnie Madikizela-Mandela’s funeral.
“Police must be pushed because half the time they enter difficult areas even where people are emotional at times. Some are irrational. They don’t think properly,” Malema said.
He was speaking to his supporters outside the Randburg magistrate’s court where he and Ndlozi each face a charge of common assault.
Police officer Johannes Jacobus Venter has told the Randburg magistrate's court that EFF leader Julius Malema and EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi pushed him so hard that he lost his balance.
Malema and Ndlozi are standing trial on a charge of common assault.
They are accused of assaulting the police colonel in 2018 at the funeral of struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in Fourways.
They are both out on warning.
On Wednesday, Venter said he was responsible for protecting the president, former presidents and ministers at Madikizela-Mandela's burial.
He said they were instructed to only allow immediate family members and the president at the cemetery. He said they were told the rest of the mourners would remain at the stadium, where funeral proceedings would be streamed via satellite TV.
According to advocate Laurence Hodes, counsel for Malema and EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi, Zindzi had written a statement in which she said Malema had been given permission to go to the cemetery.

Venter earlier told the court that Malema and Ndlozi were not part of a convoy that was allowed into the cemetery where Madikizela-Mandela was laid to rest.
He said at the time he was responsible for protecting the president, former presidents and ministers who were the only people allowed at Madikizela-Mandela's burial site.
JOHANNESBURG - EFF leader Julius Malema has hit back at AfriForum and a police officer accusing him of assault at Winnie Madikizela-Mandela's funeral.
Done. Next?Terrorist, is the word you where looking for. He is the leader of a terrorist organization and should be charged with treason.

It's not clear if the man named Wiko is allowed to sit in that area near the dock. He left that seat but did return to it when proceedings resumed.
Yeah yeah, you can accept his apology for his mistake. He did not wrong you, the people he wronged don't accept the apology and you have no right to tell the victims of the mistake how to react. You are welcome to be a racist apologiest but not at the expense of EFF leaders, the word murder can't just come out of nowhere... Its a serious accusation.
If the EFF isn’t accusing you of racism, you’re not doing your job properly.
Well it's sort of half half on the twitter thing... But it's hilarious to see the standard responses though.Shame man, Twitter is throwing Grootes under the bus,
I must say, the EFF was clever to get their supporters onto Twitter. They bascially have a always available public referendum at their disposal (something of which even the likes of Zuma is following suit).
If they want to get a messege out there, all they have to do is Tweet, feed it a bit of artificial support and then Malema's your uncle.
I must say, the EFF was clever to get their supporters onto Twitter.
Will that ever translate to votes? In my view, most South Africans can’t read.
On that point, I think people take Twitter too serious, I personally find it to be a great source of entertainment more that anything. Not necessarily, but it is for the purpose of public discourse. If you want to push an idea or ideal, you need that decision to be in the ownership of the people.
I mean, they are making a racist out of Grootes for a non-racial mistake. Things like this may get entrenched into our society which is dangerous for the sake of unity.
For all means and purposes, the EFF is weaponising this case against them.
