I have compiled this little excel file (http://www.sharemation.com/pnortje/TelkomCompare.xls) which compares the cost for analogue dialup, ISDN and ASDL for the next two years, discounted back to today (Net Present Value).
Have a look and tell me if I need to change anything or whether you think it is sufficient to judge fairly.

The monthly line rental still exists for ISDN and ADSL [:(]

Spreadsheet shows (correctly) that analogue dial-up will ALWAYS be the cheapest, you should rather show a graph of the cost per MB down/uploaded per month ( i.e. ADSL will limit at 3GB, ISDN you can download alot more over a month) .... This would be a better indication of what value you are getting.

I did those Net Present Values last, when I was a student at Cape Technikon in 86 doing the Nat Dip in Cost Accounting.

I will have to look at your work next month when Im uncapped.[:)]
