That is the Quadro, it is a workstation graphics card. They are very very costly but will suck for anything else but what they intended to do (Rendering I think). The best one Rectron has is about $7K odd!

Its got nothing to do with speed, even a 5200FX will beat that card when i comes to gaming. Its for Hi-def Graphic design only.
