Nvidia GeForce NOW SA launch

The First Descendant is live already for those looking for a free 2 play title. Looks similar to Destiny. Released today.
 
anyone know how to sign up into rain without a passport or wtv yall said before, i live in africa too brah

Damn okay I'm racking up the hours on this game. I lose track of time. Saw the 30min session left on GFN Ultra. o_O
 
Anyone have any advice on how to get into the priority tier?
I've been on the list for quite a while and would really like a subscription to play with some friends
 
Its been almost a week, cant play even though i paid. Support cant seem to help, they say theres a team working on it but i dont think so. Also no feedback is given.

Same here, i have 81 hours on the game and im full level and was busy with the last mission. Game is sooooo addictive.
 
Wukong on Ulra tier struggling a bit. Medium settings 1080p.

Had to dust off the GFN account just for this game because it's simply fantastic.
1080p + medium settings is like one of the worst combinations on this rig as the cpu we have here can't keep up with the "3080" at 1080p, especially at medium settings.

1440p native with a mix of mostly cinematic settings, some high settings and 2 settings on medium. 62fps average on the benchmark, 45-50 fps for the opening scene as it's very heavy but dialed the dlss to 90% to compensate for that.

After the opening and when the game fully starts, i went back to 1440p native and now get ~75fps with drops to 60 when there's heavy action with a boss fight.

Overall really really impressed and this hardware is still kicking

I'd like to sign up but Rain still has no slots...

Alternatively I'll build a rig - but I'd prefer not to...
 
Perhaps a silly question but, I'm using GFN from the UK and visiting SA in a few weeks, will it allow me to hop on the SA servers?

They've got no slots on the website.
You can either call every single day or two to see if there's a priority slot or alternatively, build a pc.
Their wait list thing isn't real.

Nah, Nvidia's own service is segregated from the alliance partner's systems so you can't use a EU/US account in SA.
 
Servers are busy tonight.

Only getting RTX 3060 on uktra no matter how many times I re-launch.
 
I'm having such massive issues with GFN. I'll be playing, everything will be cool and suddenly there will be a massive amount of packet loss. There is nothing wrong with my ISP (Afrihost) as I play competitive games on console with no problems. Anyone else having similar issues?
