Have you tried to resolve this through the normal channels, instead of telling the CEO of a multi million rand company that your battery life sucks?
This seems like attention whoring at its worst...seriously, read your post, and ask yourself if the CEO of Cell-C should be the one attending to those issues, or if you could have called the call centre.
