Also having a data problem near Wanderers, dropped to EDGE since earlier this evening.

But yes, great stuff communicating the voice problems - keep that up !

Dear Cell C customers

We sincerely apologise for the network problem you might have experienced this morning. Due to a routing problem early this morning, Cell C customers had problems making and receiving calls and sending and receiving SMS. The cause of the routing issue, which affected less than 5% of the Cell C customer base, has been identified and was corrected by 09:00 this morning and the network is working as it should.

That paints a very different picture to the 5% of good quality phone calls I experience on Cell C these days. I am seriously going to take it up with Trevor Noah personally the next time I bump into him at OR Tambo!

Oh, and warning to people wanting to use roaming, I recently paid R600+ for just 2 data sessions while abroad. Crikey people!?
