OBF Failure

Has anyone had experience with Cellc on OBF (out of box failure).

I returned my galaxy S4 within 7 days after the phone often rebooted when using the camera. My concern as this is an intermittent fault and they may send it back saying nothing wrong. What happens thereafter if thsi continues? does it then become a warranty repair?

Cellc , any light you can share on this process?

Did you install any applications on that phone by any chance?

Hi torgo, the phone will be thoroughly assessed, depending on the extend of the fault, it will either be replaced or fixed.
If it is after seven days, then the normal repair process will follow. *DM*

i have the same issue with my samsung S4.
i start the camera up and boom, the phone reboots.
this is an intermitant fault in my case, it is irritating
