Er, one of the essential definitions of the Christian God is "the First Case and Creator of the Entire Universe and Everything in It". It's the very opposite of some local tribal deity. Kinda covers your 10 000.

I can guarantee you there was a God loooong before yours that claimed to be the first/one and only and there will be others long after Christianity has become nothing more than a historical reference.

It is conceivable that those they deny God are the deluded ones. I mean, no one can (or has) completely disprove the existence of God.

So space-time expands and it is filled with more stuff than previously thought. I still don't know what to think of what space-time expands into? Can something lie beyond? Can't the universe be infinite in size and we are just in a portion that is expanding?

Do you selectively apply this arguments only to religious factions and then pronounce them insane? Or do you apply that to all the different factions of all the ideologies of the world and also pronounce them insane?
E.g. all the different factions of socialism and democracies etc. ALSO resulted (and even more so) in the slaughtering and persecution of millions of people. Are these people believing in democracy and/or socialism etc. also now insane/delusional?
