Octotel outage in the Green Point / Sea Point area?

My fibre has gone down since around 11:15 today (red light on modem, so seems like a fibre and not ISP issue)

Anyone else in the area experiencing this?

Log it with your ISP, could be a line break.

Have done so, but I've got little faith in Afrihost's fibre department. They seem completely overwhelmed and I'm not sure if they even get my tickets (out of around 5-10 queries this year they have responded to 0)

How do I go about doing that without an interruption in service? I see CISP does octotel and seems pretty well regarded here.

Pretty glad I opted to pay for installation with a month to month package instead of being stuck.

Pretty glad I opted to pay for installation with a month to month package instead of being stuck.

So just cancel with the one, more than likely 30 days notice. Then sign up with us and plan around the changeover. Pretty easy.
