Odd firewall data

My firewall is picking up a massive amount of requests from an IP address 129.21.109.63 (according to Arin, it's in america http://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl?queryinput=129.21.0.0) for port 6407

Any other MW users getting this?
Any idea what it may be?

was this shortly after a reconnect as it could be p2p traffic the previous owner of the IP was pulling ??

did it stop after a few minutes ...

Well it started at 3:10am and ended at 11:14am (about 2 hours after my post and after I reported it to mynetwatchman).
Looking at my logs, I was last reconnected 21 hours ago so about 5pm last night.
So it doesn't seem to be P2P
