Tons of these for sale on Amazon in the UK. All Pro Plus. MS activates them no problem.

For sure but they aren't R400 though, R50 on eBay, dime a dozen.

In that context they aren't legal licenses and will probably eventually somehow get blacklisted despite activating now.
