We deserved to win. Torres shot that hit the bar and the penalty we should have gotten.

When they got the free kick I told my brother Cahill will score. Just knew it would happen after we took off both Keane and Torres. Surprised he kept Gerrard on the pitch, what with Mascherano on the bench and all!

Not sure really.

Everton were better in the 1st half. And had a very good penalty shout turned down just before Gerrard scored.

So 1-1 was far IMO.
 
I was happy to wake up to this news today. When we win our game in hand, we will be on top by 3 clear points ;)
 
Seems like the Liverpool vs United clash will have extra importance now.

I dunno... united will only need a draw if they still ahead but liverpool will be more desperate for the win now, could be a cracker match or merely a boring stalemate

OMG that ref is pathetic. He's clearly a ManYoo fanboy. He should not be allowed to ref.
 
Still, bad ref or not, it was clear which was this game was going. Also, that red card was not that harsh at all.

Three points clear. 11 clean sheets in a row :)
 
Plus Liverpool is away to Wigan tonight. WOOOOOOOO. I can so see Wigan pulling off an upset. Then we have Liverpool vs Chelsea this Sunday. We could easily be stretching our lead pretty soon :)

Indeed. If Pool drop many more points it could all be over by mid Feb. But th way this season has been going it's anybody's guess as to what will happen next.

Wonder how long we can keep this clean sheet record going...Everton should be tough, but it's at home...as will the Pool game be...and Arsenal later...
 
We are clicking into gear now. This was expected, because we always slip into gear, come the latter part of the season. This is when we peak. Already there has been a shift in momentum with the top four. All other teams are now saying ManYoo will take it. That mental barrier is already a lot for the other teams to overcome.

sad but true...
liverpool have perfected the fine art of choking when it really matters. MANUre will however not beat arsenal (i'm hoping the odds are good for me to bet against MANUre in that game).

We are at home against Arsenal. They had their moment in the spotlight at The Emirates. We will tear them apart at Old Trafford.
 
Don't count your chickens before they hatch. As Henry said, anything can happen. We could have two shock losses and Liverpool have 2 wins and there we are at second again, but lets hope that doesn't happen :P
