I love the rumours every day

"TODAY IS Higuaín"
"WAIT NOW ITS LACAZETTE and DRAxler"
"ARSENAL TO MAKE quadripleraid swoop for huguain, lacazette, draxler, morata, messi and saurez! Incredible!"

Dont get your hopes up guys, we've done our signings. 1 Midfielder and some random Japanese dude. Impeccable work lord commander.

Their is so little going on in the market for Arsenal that the media can't even be bothered to make up new rumours.

You guys are too fickle... Arse did sign Granit Xhaka and Takuma Asano

You make it like he hasn't signed anyone in the last 5 years:

Petr Čech, Mohamed Elneny,
Mathieu Debuchy, Alexis Sánchez, David Ospina, Calum Chambers, Danny Welbeck, Elias Chatzitheodoridis, Hugo Keto, Ben Sheaf, Krystian Bielik, Gabriel Paulista
Yaya Sanogo, Mathieu Flamini, Mesut Ozil
Lukas Podolski, Olivier Giroud, Santi Cazorla, Nacho Monreal, Dejan Iliev

Actually I think we're fine in our concerns. I could only imagine the enourmous meltdown that would be the United thread is they went through a summer transfer window only buying a keeper like we did last season.

About 6 players on that list won't see Arsenal first team. If Ryo and Park is anything to go buy neither will Asano. Podolski and Flamini is gone with Debuchy basically out the door.

Sanchez, Giroud and Welbeck are all injured. Ramsey and Ozil Koscielney are all carrying Euro hangover having been involved up until the Semi's.

I'm just asking why a club with our resources (200mil Warchest being talked about) has to start a season like this. You can call me fickle if you want, but for me that just doesn't make any sense.

why shouldn't we be worried, were about to start the season with only three senior defenders and no recognizable goalscorer to lead the line, we have akpom back from loan as the only true centre forward and Walcott

It's the same thing every year. Deluded Arsenal fans should come back to the real world, he's not going to bring us a PL or CL trophy any time soon. Le Professor should be shown the door! I'm not expecting any more relevant signings.

:erm:

Maybe try reading the posts above yours and try figure out where we claim we are going to win PL or CL (or any trophy for that matter).

Maybe read the comments before posting next time.

Yeah wtf? We're all wondering whether or not we'll make 4th. We usually only start worrying about that in March/April. :D

It's usually AW that says he sees no reason why we can't win everything at his start of the season press conferences. Or _kabal_.

You guys are the worst :p

Football. Fun. :D

Football can never be fun when you have a crazed old pensioner in control of the team and everything around it.

He must just **** already - tired of his middling crap. If we are going to be stuck being mediocre let's have it whilst someone is trying to build something new or adjust to the job - not someone that has the better part of 20 seasons to sort it out.

yeah I was being picky, first touch was great and better strikers have missed the same shot

Wenger said he was one for the future so I don't expect him to have an impact on this season. Wenger's "future" could be next month who knows. :p

I watched some of the videos of him.

He has incredible pace and breaks through the line very quickly. He does seem to not have a complete finish on him yet but hopefully that will change with training under Wenger ( he is still young).

One thing although his figures don't scream out at you, most of his goals scored were for his club at the end of last season which shows he is improving.

Hopefully this foetus will show good promise for the future.
