:erm:

Maybe try reading the posts above yours and try figure out where we claim we are going to win PL or CL (or any trophy for that matter).

Maybe read the comments before posting next time.

The only thing I was referring to was the notion that we might sign someone again. I don't understand how a lot of Arsenal fans still want him in the job. How can you have faith in him to deliver? An executive shouted from the rooftops last years that we have money to burn but we only got Cech that window. I hope it's his last season and I hope this barren patch, except the 2 Fa cups, will never be forgotten. We, people in general, have a habit of only remembering the good that people did when they retire/die.

Utd have and will continue to have 3x more money to burn through than us. Who would you like to put in charge that's going to compete with that?

Atleti had nothing to spend compared to Real and Barca and they won the league. There are plenty of managers that could do a better job than Wenger, and it doesn't have to be a big name. Look at when Dortmund got the relatively unknown, outside Germany at least, Thomas Tuchel. It's not like Man U & co have been at their brilliant best. I'm also not saying we should spend just to say we spent but for the right price you can get top talent.

We are not utilising our resources end of.

We topped the league in money earned from the EPL last season. We've got a 60k + capacity stadium with the highest ticket prices in the league. Very decent sponserships with United being about the only one that tops us in that regard. (Why do they get bigger sponserships, because they won stuff over a prolonged period of time and build a very successful brand.)

That is what frustrates me. Gazidi's, Kroenke and Wenger is Scrooge McDuck'ing it in the Arsenal vault, yet we start the season with out a striker and only one right back. It's madness I tell you, total and utter insanity.

Gate Receipts for the 2014/15 season.

£101.84million -- ?
£100.12million -- Real Madrid
£90.17million -- Barcelona
£87.96million -- Man United
£71.84m -- Chelsea
£43.98m -- Man City

I give you one guess, team that tops that list.

Are they travelling to all those countries or they meeting up somewhere for a tournament?

Heard we're in for Riyad Mahrez. If we can't get a top class striker I wouldn't mind adding a quality wide man seeing as Theodore and the Ox haven't really fired.

I haven't seen any decent links so I would take whatever you heard with a pinch of salt.
Mikhi was our best chance for a winger so I don't think we are in the market for one. Another year of Theo and Ox it is

May not have much choice tbh. Our squad is pretty thin at the moment with everyone on extended break because of the Euros and couple carrying injuries. Liverpool game could be a nasty.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jul/15/riyad-mahrez-leicester-city

Riyad Mahrez is set to reject Leicester City’s offer of a new contract after the Algeria forward decided he wants to pursue a new challenge away from the Premier League champions.

I'd be worried if we weren't sniffing around especially after Kante went to Chelsea.

After spending ages trying to sign him, having **** with work permits, and not playing a single minute for the First XI, we've sold Wellington Silva.
