Good performance, and a bit of a confidence boost before the weekend. Pity Szcz pulled a Lehmann, or we would've had the clean sheet, too.

Santi as the deepest lying midfielder. Lol Arsene, just lol.

I saw an AW interview the other day and they asked him about Özil's position. He made an interesting point when he said that he could basically make an entire team out of players who can play the number 10 role. How does one accommodate them all, etc. My answer? Özil - every time.

"Oh Danny Welbeck, he scores when he wants! Danny Welbeck, he scores when he wants!"

I love it. When Welbeck was 21 he saw the arrival of one of the most in form forwards in world football - RVP. 60 000 fans would sing his name on a weekly basis. He arrived a hero. Sacrificing a legacy to play under Ferguson and chase trophies.

Fast forward 2 years, and here's Welbeck receiving RVP's praise; RVP never scored a hattrick for us in the UCL.
All the whilst RVP is fighting in the underworld that is the bottom half of the table :D How things have changed!

Our players fitness levels are starting to get where they should be now.

Was so funny to see the **** commentator was left gobsmacked that the Arsenal fans don't believe the media bull**** surrounding Ozil. He saw a player struggling on the field, whilst the Arsenal fans saw a player destroying the opposition.

Santi Cazorla was fantastic at the center. Sure he's short, but so is Lahm.
Maybe we can play Cazorla and Wilshere as the back 2 midfielders against Chelsea this weekend.

Oxlade Chamberlain is starting to get in to form. Completely unplayable.

Have a look at any of the Alexis vs [team name we've played against]; especially against City. He's extraordinary. A phenomenon!

It's awesome to know we have the most creative team in world football by a country mile too!

Last night's display shouldn't come as a surprise though. The players have slowly developing their on field chemistry. Slowly getting fitter. Slowly getting our tactics right.

Don't give a flying **** if Chelsea beat us this weekend. They're at home too, but I won't be surprised at all if we come away with the win. I mean how the **** is Cahill and Terry (Two English CB's) gonna compete with an inform never before seen flourishing Welbeck? How is Azpilicueta going to compete with Chambo's pace? I'm pretty sure that they are all praying to God for any help that they can get to stop Alexis. Oh I haven't even mentioned the best play maker in the world putting it in together :D

COYG!!

Weekend prediction: Chelsea 1 - 2 Arsenal!

I've got zero expectations for this Weekend. My best case scenario is we don't get embarressed and don't suffer anymore injuries.

That would be a win for me.

Our team that faced them last season:

01 Szczesny
03 Sagna
28 Gibbs Dismissed - Red card which contributed to the spanking
15 Oxlade-Chamberlain (Flamini - 45' ) Much improved, seeing the end product now
04 Mertesacker Rested, coming in to form.
06 Koscielny (Jenkinson - 45' ) As above.
07 Rosicky Booked Might play, but probabl replaced by the in form Jack Wilshere!
08 Arteta Too slow to handle chelsea's attack. Replaced by Flamini
12 Giroud Static striker, compared to the blistering pace and strength of Welbeck
19 Cazorla Replaced in the number 10 position by the best number 10 in the world.
09 Podolski Replaced by Alexis, who creams any defender with his dribbling skills and pace, he can finish too.

We are in a significantly better position than last year! :D

The most important thing stayed the same though. Arsene has never beaten a Mourinho Chelsea. I'm afraid if we show up with his dumb ass "we come to play our game" tactics it's going to more of the same.

We can beat Chelsea if we are clever, and Wenger doesn't send his team out with the wrong mentality. He will tell hem to go out and attack. We do and then they score. Then we need to keep attacking to get back a goal and then they score again.

We need to just sit back and defend well and wait for our chance to counter. With Welbeck, Sanchez and Ox we have the weapons and the pace to hurt them.

Or tell Flamini to take Costa out.

Yup, but these players deserve their chance too, and they're a fantastic factor to add to the mix.

Messi, Neymar, Iniesta, Xavi and Suarez might have a thing or two to say against that!

Messi, Neymar, Iniesta, Xavi, Suarez = 5

Sanchez, Ozil, Welbeck, Cazorla, Wilshere, Rosicky, Ramsey, Oxlade = 8

No, we're not. We're pretty confident of what our team can do.

Hahaha, no player in the world can have the confidence to stop Sanchez over 90 minutes.

Or tell Flamini to take Costa out.

Nooo, that will most certainly end with a late challenge from Flamini. There is no taking Costa out, but there is one thing that Koscielny loves doing. He loves putting top quality players in his back pocket!

I've said before that Chelsea have the most solid structured team, maybe in world football; but the speed, power, and potential of the Arsenal team I have faith in too
