We did get quite lucky with our goal... Arsharvin had a bad game as well. Eboue has finally come into some very good form, he is working hard, dribbling well and making things happen. Eduardo was quiet again when he came on, i wonder how long wenger will persist with him, and if he will look at picking up someone in July. I like Bendtners height cos he is able to win a high ball and hold up the game for the wingers to get into it... i think van persie would be able to play very well off him...

Waiting to wake up a bit more then i am going to read that article you posted. Maybe get some coffee quick.

Ah Eduardo hasnt really been given a string of games this season, neither has Vela, the fact that Arsene put him on the pitch last night means he still has some confidence in him turning games around..
Bendtner really brings something different :) so glad we kept him and sold that Togonese f@#$er

Make 2 cups, its a long article :D

Ok firstly, Sol CLEARLY won the ball, so that shouldn't have been a free kick against us should have been a bump ball or an Arsenal free kick. The oke hurt himself by kicking Sol. Secondly Hesselink was offside and went down quite easily.

I was so mad, and fuming I tell you.

I had just switched off and vowed to avoid all football related news for the rest of the season - when I spotted a link on a another page I was visiting how lucky Arsenal was to claim all the points.

It changed my day and the rest of my weekend.

I can't understand - why It took so long for Arsenal to pepper the darn keeper with Direct shots considering all else seemed to fail.

I am just greatful that we managed to get the points.

Only worries for me now is Birmingham(they caused our downfall with eduardo 2 seasons ago) and then Tottenham along with Man City - my only concerns for the remainder of the season.

By then the Fulham game should be academic - not unless the title race heads down all the way to the last game of the season - it would be fantastic.

But yes, it would be surreal.

Really hoping Hull get relegated this season. Phil Brown is such a git.

Didn't watch the game (was away), but I am really stoked about the result. Man Utd vs Liverpool this weekend. Hoping Pooh can do us a favour and take a few points off them.

Well well well.. appears Mr Brown has got the boot at Hull. Great that it came after a defeat to Arsenal.

As revealed by skysports.com earlier on Monday morning Hull have decided to part ways with Brown as they look to secure survival in the Premier League.

Brian Horton and Steve Parkin have been placed in charge of first-team affairs following Brown's exit.

Yeah, that racist ignoramus got the boot (put on gardening leave, how appropriate only wish they made him do real gardening)...
I see SAF continues to refuse to acknowledge the gunner's title challenge. He continues to speak like the title is a 2 way race (he's previously said arsenal weren't in the race).

Alex Ferguson says Arsenal may be biggest threat to Manchester United

How about a little research before the slander?

And to be fair, Wenger also said Arsenal were out of the running at one stage.

Was about to post the same SAF article you posted. I have never heard wenger say arsenal were out of the race... Can you provide a source ??

I think Ferguson has realized Arsenal do a lot better when they are written off than when people are expecting, so he is playing some mind games. I just hope we can pull through, but with us winning (even if it wasn't pretty) without fabregas, we doing well.

Sorry can't find a direct source, but found this: Wenger: We're back in title race If he didn't think they were out, why say "back'? I dunno, maybe I'm wrong, if I am, my bad.

Also came across this from ten days ago (my previous link is from today): Alex Ferguson on the title race, “Arsenal are bang in the frame now”

So he has been saying it.

Yea i didn't ever see him say they were out. But then i might have missed that. Took a look in the arsenal.com archives quick and found nothing there as well.
Asked whether they were back in the title mix, Wenger replied: "We are. But the only thing we can do is win our games and hope the others drop points. The top two will drop points because they play against each other.

Doesn't have him saying they were out, quite a tricky way of phrasing a question in my opinion.
