Attempt and fail yes

Suarez wants to play in the CL and win silverware. Arsenal are CL regulars and need "a" Suarez to take them to level where winning silverware is [more] possible.

It just makes sense. Everyone wins. Well, not Liverpool but that's a discussion for another day :D

Maybe but it will be short lived. Man City and Chelsea away after this weekend for you guys. Could find yourselves playing catch up to Everton by the 1st of Jan :p

Hmmm... why move to the Gooners when they're going out of the CL to Bayern ....OR.... move to the Gooners AND help them get past Bayern. Decisions, decisions.

80 million at the end of the season maybe. Now? £50 000 001 MAX!

We might draw against City and beat Chelsea. only time will tell though. if you guys lose to Chelsea it will be hard to hold that top spot again.

You mean 50 million + 1 pound :D

City are currently clouting all comers at the Etihad, but will probably be without Aguero when they face LFC.

Aguero out for 4 to 8 weeks. if we can contain them in the middle of the park then we might have a chance.

Yip 50 million + 1 pound sounds just right.

I wouldn't call 6-3 a clouting. More like a severe talking to :D

Fernandinho, Toure and Milner are all in form. I expect Suarez to give Demichelis a hard time though.

It was a clouting. Still not as embarrassing as our 4-1.

This is how easy it would be to convince Suarez:

Wenger: "Would you like to play against Bayern Munich in the UCL, in one months time?"

That's how easy it is. It is a dream for him.

The only problem is the club keeping him against his will!

Cavani, Falcao, Higuain, Negredo, Tevez, Llorente, Eto, Willian.. and more moved clubs this summer. How could we not bring in one of them?

I feel that if we are at our very best, we'll win every game. Anything than a 110% performance and we struggle.
On the other hand, if we had a highest quality striker, we could be a lot more versatile!

Thing is, we are never going to sell Suarez to a rival in the premier league. I honestly don't get why it is so difficult for Arsenal fans to understand that.

Mate when someone offers you 50mil for someone who is so far beyond his best you take it...

Suppose Newcastle said the same thing. :D

We need a striker, Suarez would be perfect, but yes, I don't think that deal is going to happen.

The only way Liverpool is going to let him go in Jan is for a ridiculous price. Only clubs imo that would be able to pay that would be City and Chelsea.

City doesn't really need strikers, so that leaves Chelsea.

I get depressed everytime someone mentions this :(

Why would Chelsea need him. they have 4 decent strikers already. the problem is not the players, but Mourinho. The ony destination for Suarez is Madrid, but that will only happen if they met our asking price which they cannot afford.

Since when has that been a problem?

We still aren't selling him to anyone in the premier league.

His possible options are: Bayen and Real. Maybe PSG.

Who knows, maybe he ends up staying at Liverpool :D
