A ban would be pretty pointless anyway. I just don't think it is viewed as such a big deal. Wilshere got a two game ban for giving the fans the finger, which is a bit different.

If you're a fan and can't deal with somebody informing you of the scoreline, you need to get a life. No animals were harmed here. :p

Wilshere's was brought on by the fans saying abusive things about his children. If it was me, I would've gone all Cantona on their asses, never mind just flipping the bird.

He is a professional and should not stoop to those fans level. Unfortunaly how it works. Remember reading some stuff about insults hurled at David Beckham back in the day.

Stuff like "I'm going to kill your kids and worse."

:(

EDIT: If this doesn't prompt Mr. Wenger to make getting a new, *quality* forward in the next couple of weeks a priority then nothing will. And no, Berbatov or 17 year old French unknown with "bags of potential" does NOT count.

Maybe we can get Moyes in :)

Blocked at work, fro the title of the video i'm guess this is the 'Its up for grabs now' winner?

Michael Thomas went on to play for Liverpool for a couple of seasons.
Very underrated player. Only two caps for England.

Can't remeber this one, a bit before my time. (Arsenal @ anfield)

Remember winning the league at Old Trafford and White Heart lane though.

United won the league at the emirates last season.

Wonder if there are any other incidents were the league was won at a traditional "rival".

How many players are out for Arsenal? and when are they back?

Top of my head, I can think of Chammberlin, Ramsey, Giroud, Bendtner? who else is out? ( excluding Walcott as he is for the season?)

Vermaelen
Gibbs

For what it's worth:

Sanogo
Diaby

Return dates:

Giroud -13th Jan
Ramsey and Ox - 18th Jan

Diaby 2nd of Feb 2089

I was two years, but I've seen the re-runs of the whole match. Last day of the season, Arsenal away to liverpool, 3 points behind and 4 behind on goal difference. Arsenal needed to win by two to level the goal difference and taking the league on goals scored. Mickey Thomas scored that goal in added time.

commentator says 'Its up for grabs now' as Mickey hits the back of the net... Became a very famous line.

I remember seeing that match when I was in the army in Ladysmith.
A whole bunch of us sneaked out after lights out to watch it in the main dining area of the base.
Amazing match.
