Giroud seems to be a confidence player. With him getting goals and assisting in the buildup - especially since he's able to hold up the ball and bring in players around him - why would you want to mess with that chemistry now?

I wasn't saying we need to replace him - we need someone who can play off of him. There were a number of times in the 2nd half especially where we pinged the the ball upfield to him, but he really couldn't do anything because a) we're to slow too get back up there to help and b) he's too slow to turn and try and take on the defender(s) marking him. Without someone like Theo, we're just too slow on the counter. We have Serge, but the game kinda changed when he came off.

When is ox coming back?
I swear i lost 3 years off my life in those last 20 minutes last night. Nice return for Ox though, he didn't play long but he looks very reliable for a player that's been out for months. Also, props to Gnarby, he is coming along nicely too.
