I've heard that Wenger will be sticking with Fabianski, so I think we should count ourselves lucky if we manage a draw. We can hope that Man City will be feeling the pressure and give us a chance to stick it to them, but I don't think that would be the case. Silvestre at the back again, heh.

I suppose the plus side is that RVP might start and Arshavin could be back. I'm not sure if Song has managed to train at all this week. We'll need him against De Jong and possibly Stephen Ireland.

Having Arshavin and RVP back will be awesome

I wonder who Wenger is going to play as CF, between RVP and Bendtner..

i think he will go for RVP upfront with Bendtner coming in from the right again - with arshavin coming in from the left.

that would mean a bench role for theo and eboue. rosicky might be in midfield along with diaby and nasri.

edit: perhaps he will go with denilson, diaby and nasri. i can't see eastmond coming in for the city game.

I doubt Arshavin will start though considering he's just back from injury, though he does have a few months of holiday ahead :D

Hopefully he'll be nice and fresh next season :)

As for Eastmond instead of Diaby, also cant see it happening, Diaby just needs to get rid of this mentality where he can coast through games

Arshavin is out for tomorrow's game. Song might return, subject to a fitness test today.

Oh, and Fabianski remain in goal......

My starting XI:

-------------NotSoFab-ianski
----Sagna------Campbell------Silvestre-------Clichy
-----------------Song
-------Nasri-------------Diaby
Bentdner-------RVP-----------Rosicky

I'd like to see Wenger tinker a bit, shift Sagna to CB and put Eboue at RB, like he did for the second half at barca, and leave silvestre on the bench

Guys Sol had another FANTASTIC game... WE need to find the younger Sol and SIGN HIM!!!! Play that guy next to Vermaelen. I dunno who he is and where he plays, but thats why they have scouts :p Also i cant think Richards is happy on the bench at Man C... I rate he could slot in at the back quite nicely if Sagna and Eboue go to Italy. He is really more of a defender than those 2. Fabianski had a quiet game, he did catch well this time though. I was worried when the game started, his gloves were the same colour as the Man C kit :O... Anyways, we must get a good keeper, and Wenger saying that Almunias not guaranteed the no1 spot next year is good. Talk about Buffon going to the blue side of Manchester, hopefully we can get Given then :p

I can't see Given leaving City. He is the best keeper in the league, and I can't see City letting him go easily.

More realistic options are Hart, Frey or even Buffon.

Again, I don't see City selling to what they might perceive to be direct competition, so Hart to Arsenal seems unlikely. You guys are better off courting Lloris, since he might be more comfortable with the large French contingent at Arsenal.

Given is good but Almunia is far better, he just being having a bad season. If Arsenal want to be fighting for the championship they need a player on par with the Van Sars and Chechs of the world and both Almunia and Given are far from that.
