I honestly can't handle what the hell he is doing to the team now,

his contract runs out - 2010-2011.

Hoping they offer him some director of football role and move him upstairs now.

The big questions of the seson: Who do you prefer:

Championship: Chelsea Or United

ECL position: City or Totenham

I prefer United to Chelsea, I just find Chelsea wrong and immoral.
and strangly enough I like Totenham to finish 4th

I prefer Chelsea... United & we'll never here the end of it. Sky pundits talking about how SAF is the GOAT, United the greatest ever & all that crap... It's a good thing this is a world cup year & England will get creamed & that would occupy the sycophants for a while.

I don't think this dude even watches football tbh. He rates Almunia over Given. Even with Given's dislocated shoulder, I'd pick him over Almunia.

We need to bolster defensively and find some cover in a few positions. As I said, replacement for the goal keeper, along with a Campbell like CB to play next to Vermaelen, with a rethink of the two wing backs. Some one needs to teach those 2 how to defend a bit more than attack (sagna more than clichy). Chamakh will be amazing cover for RVP and Bendtner is still proving himself. Will be a starter in a season or 2 (remember he is only 22). A fit Ramsey is adequate cover for Cesc and along with Wilshere we are set there. Arsharvin, Rosicky, Walcott and Nasri can handle the wings with cover provided by eboue, i would just like a strong DM as cover for Song... Someone to take some games off him! Need to concentrate on defense now, and we have quite a good squad.

After Arshavin's comments, how many Arsenal supporters want him to stay?

Well he claims it's a case of lost in translation... must have been a politician in a former life:)

Oh. I thought it was Wenger who said it was a translation issue. Let's face it though, that dude says stuff that is colossally stupid. (To be said by a public figure to a journo, anyway).

If he wants to play for Barca but gives 100% for arsenal than he can stay. If he doesn't give 100% he must go. There is no space for him at Barca, he knows it. If Henry leaves Barca it would be nice if he came back to Arsenal just to add experience and help guys like Arsharvin and Bendtner become the goal scoring machines they need to be :)

I agree with that. I think they need more of that, they can't just bring in any experienced replacements without it looking like Wenger doesn't have faith in his team, although he's been backing them publicly. Bringing Henry back would be a stabilising influence, as well as a good back up for your frontmen.

I see Vieira had a quite a good game for City yesterday.

"I believe the midfield was not a problem this year because we created so many chances from midfield and we dominated nearly all the games in midfield. I don’t think we had a big problem in there. I believe we had a problem of efficiency defensively."

At least he has admitted the big problem was defense... Now he really needs to show us what he is going to do about it! Hopefully he finds someone brilliant!

The transfer window is going to be very interesting. It seems Wenger has done a little back pedal in the last few days saying he will only bring in a max 2-3 players. I think we need more than that. Especially with Chamakh being 1, 2 being a GK, and that leaves 1 for defence? Surely we need to replace Silvestre for starters? Then bring in another CB for cover, and this is providing Gallas stays. If Wenger has a plan for injury prone Djourou to step up to 1st team football, then I think we should ready ourselves for another frustrating season. Unfortunately, we all know that Wenger does have a habit of promising to flash the cash come transfer time, but sometimes its just talk and no walk.

He has also said he still has confidence and faith in Diaby, Denilson and Eduardo. Argh.

Anywho, I am hoping Wenger will surprise all of us, and really strengthen the squad for next season. Joe Cole's name has been thrown about. Now, we don't need anymore players in that position, but Joe Cole would be a great signing in my opinion.

Will be difficult to improve on Gallas/Clichy, Gibbs/Verm/Sagna.. With Djourou coming back from injury, Campbell hanging around for another season, I cant see Wenger signing another CB unless Gallas leaves.. Maybe he will cash in on Eboue with Roma and buy a proper RB to cover for Sagna.. He was surely referring to Almunia..

Dont think Joe Cole would offer much more or anything at all than Nasri/Rosicky/Walcott.. we need more a Robben
