Thank the heavens, I did not watch last night, but anyone that did watch, how did dewaldt potgieter do? I like him, in the super 14 final, he was freakin everywhere, you just saw this flash of blonde hair, then boots and grass as he tackled

He'll be a fully fledged bok soon. Very good spokesman as well.:D

I will not be surprised to see Keith Earls named in the Test 22 this Saturday. He had a shocking first game in Rustenburg but every game after that he played a blinder. His running lines, decision making, kicking and support game is up there with the best in the world. And not to even mention that sidestep. Whoa....

If he gets picked for the starting 15 on Saturday, we will have to take Adi Jacobs of in the first 5 minutes. O'Driscoll, Roberts and Earls will attack that channel every single time and most probably succeed 70% of the time.

As for the EBoks. De Waal is the man. Moment he came on the Boks started moving forward. His kicks were perfect and his ball distribution was top class. And that kick in the dying seconds. For a moment the 2007 Currie Cup final flashed in front of my eyes.

Its impossible for a ball to pass in front of BOTH posts, which it did, you can see De Waal laughing and shaking his head as he himself saw it didn't go over, the SA commentators also mentioned it, why on earth do you think they kept showing replays of it?

If you look where the 15 caught it as well, it was impossible for it to have had that trajectory if it had gone through the posts.

what just grinds my gears is PDV now calling "racism" on the critism given to january.... that seems a bit unfair? if fourie played that badly, we would have called it as well?

So PDV is a racist now that he dropped Januarie.

And now he has dropped Guthro and has Chilliboy on the bench. Why do we need 3 hookers? The Lions are always going to be a force in the scrums and we need the muscle - and John Smit can always play hooker.

Sorry Chilliboy - you are good but we have enough better players at the moment.

I agree with the move to have John focus on prop and not have to move to hooker for the last 20 mins.

LOL@PdV being racist comment :D

Again, different games we watched then. I saw it go over...

My initial impression was the ball didn't go over. Didn't get to see a replay though

You might be right but the score has been placed 13 -13 in the history books and NOTHING is going to change it.

But damnit now you have me interested in finding out :p :D

Thanks Apoc, have a look for the replay with the angle from the main stand, the one that shows the ball going past (or through according to DJ) the poles

Okay. It might only happen after 20h00 tonight because I am playing squash tonight, but I will upload it as soon as I get a chance.

The emerging Boks did very well to pinch a draw at the death.

For a bunch of young players to come up against the best the British Isles can offer, and draw, with very little time together is a mammoth effort.
Well done.

ps, Kick definately went over, no question about it.

Wasn't that against ireland when john got told to talk tohis players then called a huddle and the ref let the irish take the penalty quickly right after he got every SA player into the huddle
