can't we send Joel Stansky back home with the Lions...he is such a *** commenatator.
Always so negative towards the SA players and everything SA does is bad.

I had to watch the game listening to the afrikaans commentators, who said the ref was useless..

We should have John Robbie doing the commentating, he is straight to the point!

That was my whole underlying point ..... I rate M Steyn highly too and it's brilliant that we have the two of them but Steyn needs to stay in the 'impact-off-the-bench' role for a while.

Ugh, don't even mention that ref .... good god was he a useless oaf along with the one linesman. I still mentioned before the game watch how SA will lose lineout and scrum advantage because of the northern hemishpere ref.

Morne was brilliant when he came on. Tactically, having played so much at Loftus, should Morne not have started today?

Brusouw as well just has all the credentials for the modern game. He can't be left out, on form and merit select him!!!

Schalk since his days at U21 level has been letting himself and the team down with lapses in discipline and concentration. Almost cost the Boks today.

Today the subs worked like they were meant to last week...

I dont think the British want ol' Stransky either, he cant even make up his own mind if he is Jewish,South African or English.

Whoever wins on the day, thats who joel is, even if its chinese, mexican or swedish.

I don't rate Pienaar as a fly half and never have. So I would have started with Morne Steyn.

Todays ref was the complete opposite of last weeks ref.

Jewish is his religion and South African is his nationality..

He is not negative he is realistic and calls it as he sees it, should he sit there and praise us when we playing badly? If he sees a high tackle or something like that he calls it regardless of which side, i like him because he is not biased.

I also like his interviews hahaha, he gets in and asks very awkward questions :p

I am so happy we won, was a really great game, but if I may... that last penalty which involved the Lions player tacking a player in the air, was not fair, he didn't tackle him in the air.

Oh please man .... last week Pienaar was brilliant and everyone was singing his praises. Today he, like the whole bloody team, have an off time and the Morne-heads are out in full force

Pienaar should never have been in the starting line-up. Now most people will realise it.

Look, he is like H.Gibbs - you can't expect him to be great EVERY GAME, but he is very inconsistent.
He messed up big today, that is true, but we all have our off days, today was his.
He generally plays well.

Well if he was not going to go for the ball he should have pulled out, he took the man out without contesting the ball, how is that not a penalty?

wait for the oke to hit the deck and tackle him but you could see he knew he messed up at the end.

Nope you are wrong.

http://www.sareferees.co.za/laws/laws/740043.htm

(h) Tackling the jumper in the air. A player must not tackle or tap or push or pull the foot or feet of an opponent jumping for the ball in a line-out or in open play.

I agree with Killa/Joel :) It is far better listening to someone who calls it as he sees it rather than listening to those damn one eyed Aussie and Kiwi "commentators"
