I've been playing DH Unhallowed set this season. Its the same as it was last season.
I'm really enjoying it. Very easy playstyle once you have all the pieces necessary for the build.

I've hit a bit of a wall on GR 74 but Ive only augmented 2 pieces of gear so far required for the stash tab journey. With some more Dex my DPS should be enough to at least allow me to do the 75 required for the conquest.

I've seen other builds use the new Taeguk gem but I have not had any use for it yet. Stricken, Trapped and the damage per distance one that I can't remember the name of now is what I have been using.
I'll try a LoN build once Ive done a GR75.

With Dawn cubed you need 37% CDR to be able to keep Vengeance perma up. A little more will just give a "piece of mind" overlap.

Zei's stone of vengeance.

I'm at 29%cdr - I think it goes down for like 1/4sec at a time.

D3 is actually based on reality, and God is an elite with thunderstorm affix...

Had a very D3 productive weekend.
Managed to clear a 78 with my DH. First time I have ranked in a few seasons(if not ever, unsure).
Also managed to finish the complete Season Journey. The Torment VIII rift under 4 minutes was the last of the challenges and luckily managed to do that with a public group rift.

Working on getting ancients in the rest of my gear slots and also on upgrading gems to augment the ancients a bit. Not a lot of room for improvement left as far as the gear for this build is concerned. Will be looking for other fun builds to try this season but the UE Multishot build is so easy and fun to play, doubt I'll really change.

Blizzard is building all kinds of hype around Blizzcon regarding D3 without actually revealing anything. It suits them when we as a community speculate because its hype for them without them actually having to work on the game or release anything new. But that said, I suspect a new expansion or big content patches but not D4 at all.

Nice!

I'm not sure about a D4; even if they did it I wouldn't expect it to be vastly different from D3...but you never know with Blizzard.

problem is that no one else is really playing... A big part of the game is the social aspect tbh

I enjoyed this season a lot. Played DH and played up to Paragon 900 which is way higher than I ever went before. Tried a Wizard again but the Firebird playstyle is not at all appealing to me and everything else feels weak. But I'm over it now and will be spending time on other games until the next season drops. Probably won't be until after Blizcon or close to it at least so I'm sure the hype will be huge for the game again by then.

I'd definitely try a remastered version of D2, although I don't see myself playing it very long. Unless they fleshed it out with some better gameplay and achievable targets like paragon lvls.
D3 just has too much going for it with all the iterations of improvements that it has gone through. D2 as it stands will just frustrate me and also probably most other players that only stares blindly at the "good old days" aspect of it.

Yeah, I should have been specific - D2 maps utilising the D3 engine is what I referring to.

From the Battle.net site:

Season 7 will be ending on the following dates and times:

Europe: Friday, October 14 @ 5:00 p.m. CEST

Season 8 will begin about one week afterward on these dates:

Europe: Friday, October 21 @ 5:00 p.m. CEST

I don't know anything about season 8. I would have though that it would only launch after Blizcon so that they could hype some of the changes. So much for that.
