Anyway, I had a good weekend even though I didn't play that much.
90million gold later...
Increased my fully unbuffed dps (no SS, Archery or Steady Aim) from 75k to 105k. I get to 150k with Archery and Steady Aim, and then further to over 220k with SS on.
Increased my CHC from 32% to 57%
Increased my dexterity by 400
kept my life around 40k
Increased MF from 60 to around 180
Increased my armor by around 400
All resists dropped by around 40 though.
Profile has not fully updated yet (replaced rare ring with Litany of Undead).
Very happy with the results...Unfortunately now (apart from shoulders) good upgrades are going to cost upwards of 20million per piece.

Dude, is that Ring of Jordan you sporting worth much? Picked one up that's really similar to yours just a bit worse and these rings are impossible to price. I think I might keep it though. 5% poison dmg, 1.5 Spirit regen, 10% FoT dmg and 29% dmg to elites.
Respect for managing to wear this ring and keep your dps at 100k. Swapping out one of my rings for it drops my dps by like 20k! :erm:
Still felt alright (elites felt the same really) and the extra spirit regen was nice, but not really worth it. Once I get my inna's helm with some spirit regen I might try it out again as then I will probably never need to stop and fight trash to refresh my spirit - if that's the path I end up taking...

I only managed 12 (including the amazing Manticore), but with the game being down for a while and extremely bad latency most of Sunday I couldn't get to 20.

I have not done any Uber runs. anyone feel like doing a lower level MP2 one with me as soon as I get key 2 and the plans in Act 4?

As in the your build toon or the latency?
Not once had latency issues (just could not connect on Sunday?).
Well, I am trying different builds, but my current one just gets trounced in seconds.
Don't know, there's something wrong with this game, just can't quite put my finger on it - The bottom line is that I swing from loving it, to feeling utterly indifferent to it. The reward cycle is just not correct...

Lol, damn my broken brain. Well if anyone of you would like to try it again on MP2 we can have a go. That or just do some key runs on MP2 and see how we balance out as a group.The thing is I think that most people want to play on too high a MP lvl. I also had to make peace with the fact that if I wanted to run MP2 or higher I have to pay attention and have very good latency going for me that day.
Do you keep being killed by elites or normal "white" enemies? From which MP do yu find you are having problems? Remember that in a group it does become a tad easier for the most as there are more targets for the enemies.

Trash mobs I cream. No issue with damage - It's damage mitigation I have an issue with, and I don't have the cash to buy better gear, which means I need to farm, which is boring, etc, etc...
I can do act one on MP3, no problem, act 2 is boring, and act three, I can just scrape through on MP2.
Playing with people is obviously much better, but I don't want my experience to be reliant on finding other people to play with.
Bottom line is that the game is not enjoyable quite a lot of the time, and that drives me nuts, as I want to love it!

I know what to do, I just lack the desire to do do it. I know my resists are crap. I know my MF is crap.
DPS is around 82K with my buffs (I think).
Anyhow, don't stress, the point is simply that I am not inclined to play it sometimes, which annoys the **** out of me.

This is exactly how I'm feeling atm(but I knew it would happen), and the same thing happened with the previous diablo, yet I played it on and off for over 8 years, so I'm not worried, when you start feeling like this, its always good to start catching up on some other games...Once PvP comes out I'll feel the drive again to build a epic char

Hahaha, I rarely play solo. I would rather put on my MF gear and go with random people doing a Act III run.
When I see some of the people from MyBB are on I pester them to let me join their group
But I get what you are saying. You want to love it more.
