I wonder what happens with Auctions during the shutdown period.

There were these bracers I was bidding on. Auction was supposed to end at about 10am this morning. When I went to bed I was winning the bid, also I put in a legit bid, not just a placeholder bid.

Wont be able to use the Inna's belt I bought last night without these bracers...having 0 pickup radius is just not gonna work.

It continues as far as I can tell. I had lots of auctions ending in 10hours last night, which would mean in the middle of the maintenance period. Logged in and they all ended.

To be honest, I tend to agree with you. I remember once a friend of mine put in a placeholder bid for an amulet that had just come on the market, listed at the vendor price bid only. Then the auction house was acting up and people couldnt get on. Anyway, he got the amulet for the vendor price...some dude out there was less then pleased I'd imagine.

Not worth much, that would fast become brimstone if I found it.

YES MAN! Looks like they finally fixed my inability to receive whispers according to EU forums. Was getting rather irritating.

Tell me about brimstone? What's it useful for?

Brimstone is used to craft some legendary items at the blacksmith. You can only get them by salvaging legendaries.

Brimstone sells on the AH for more than the item is worth at the vendor. So if you got a really crappy legendary, converting it to brimstone nets you the most gold...granted not much, but still more than vendor price.

To add to that I think Brimstone only has the chance to come from lvl 60+ Legandaries?
I just wish I now had some of the Set item recipe's.......

do set item recipes drop? or even legendary recipes? I've had a lot of recipes drop but no legendary or set....

I've seen a set recipe and a legendary recipe drop...

Did 2 runs today and got 9 legendaries, 4 of which were set items. A pretty good day for me.

I've found quiete a few legendairies so far this week. 2 set rings. one an upgrade for my wiz and the other sold for about 2.7 mil. so far happy this week but a lot of junk legendairies. found a monk daibo legendary this morning.. they should bring out proper legendairies to replace these crap ones....

how long are your runs? 5nv and keywarden? or do u do proper runs?

I found Ivory Tower... again. Worst legendary ever...

For these particular ones I cleared almost all of Act 3 except Azmodan.

I'm getting a decent amount of legendaries must say...

If you want to farm for items or XP I really think full runs are they way to go. ie killing a lot of mobs with 5 stacks, not just 2 or 3 and a keywarden like you do on key runs.
