I lived in London for 5 years and I never minded the cold cause you have indoor heating, double glazed windows, and clothes made for winter, the constant grey however, is a different story, but even when it's cold in Toronto, it's not grey all the time like it is in London (or so I hear). Besides, I get to have a full season of snowboarding in my backyard, so I'm happy

I think it's the gfx card. When it started going wonkey, I was in game and the game kinda kept it's picture, but went super pixelated with diagonal lines running across the screen. I thought it was just the game, cause it seemed okay when I quit the game, but then after a reboot and a restart of the game, when it happened again and I was back in windows, it was making pixelated lines there too. After another reboot it was even doing through the status screens pre-windows boot up, but now windows won't even start up, just goes into a infinite restart loop after seeing the windows loading bar.

I'm gonna get hold of a friend and see if he maybe has a old gfx card lying around I can test with and maybe use for a while, but I'm not buying a new one as I'm pretty much going to be selling off everything I own as I'm moving to Canada, visa pending as I got a job there, so I'm def not going to be buying new hardware now.

Guy at work said he thinks he's got a 8800 lying around at home that I can use, which is probably perfect as I was using a 8600, so drivers should be the same I think. If that falls through, I'll make a plan and see if I can swing around to fetch yours. Really appreciate the offer

Still crafting away to improve my gear. Quite addictive to gamble on getting better gear! At least been able to craft shoulders, gloves and bracers that were better than the ones I had. Now I am running out of Demonic Essence faster than I can gather them
Would it be worthwhile gathering these on lower MP levels since it seems that all MP elites drop them?
Have finally broken the 200k unbuffed dps barrier

Congrats on breaking the barrier.

Definitely worth farming essences on MP1 - copa even built a purpose TR monk for that purpose.

In other news, resurrected my first toon, wizard, and regeared as a CM Freeze (cost about 25m). I seem to have it cracked now and successfully freeze at MP10 but man, it's tough to play (hard on the fingers) and boy, one slip and you're dead.

I have no luck playing wizzard or DH... Can't go out of town without being destroyed by elites. So I will stick with my barb and monk for now.

When running lower MP, take the off brawler and put in the Unforgiving which will generate you fury passively.

Yeah, thats pretty much my goal now, to just increase dps.

Pox with added damage? Over a billion.

Hat with high int and crit? Hundreds of millions.

Better Witching Hour? Hundreds of millions.

Better amulet? Hundreds and hundreds of millions.

Upgraded gems? ****ing expensive.

I still hope to craft trifecta gloves, and if I can somehow get my life up, I can craft INT bracers, instead of VIT.

Would love to break the 200K unbuffed barrier. It's doable, but very costly at this stage...

Also need to decide if I am going to stick to Skorn, or aim for a mojo and a 1 hander ultimately...

what gloves are you TRYING to make?? You a Barb so I assume STR + what rolls?

For really good gloves, I am aiming for
Crit chance + Attack speed + Str + AR + Vit
In that order of priority. Have crafted at least one pair of gloves that have upped my DPS (can be seen in my d3up signature, cant access it from work ) This set have been an almost 7kdps boost over my IK gloves.

Can't remember if the crit dmg mod can also be on gloves, then that would fit in just before str as priority.

If I google BIS items for Barbarian, I get a nice d3up profile indicating what gear to craft. So I have a few crafting options available to me. Shoulders, Gloves and Chest are rated as BIS crafted. Most likely will also mess about with amulets and bracers as well, since the BIS drops/legendaries for those are way to expensive for me.

Yeah, the inflation seems pretty crazy atm. There's a huge difference in price to the low, mid and high dps builds. Low builds will cost you under 10mil, mid builds are looking 100-200mil and the high is starting to step into the billions. It's pretty crazy.

My first buy is going to be a 2 socket Depth Diggers, which should help me make a bit more money, while giving me a dps boost to over 100k at the same time.
