Did a factory reset and restored all my settings, it's like a new phone! It seems after each Android update, even OTA, a factory reset is needed for best results.

I am having same experience.Apps crash all the time and home stops running. was recommended to use a different launcher. going to try that and see.
Have you recently upgraded to Lollipop? If so try doing a factory reset.Does anyone else have a problem with their phone not being very smooth?
