Johnson should never have started, neither Lovren. But ok, let's see this out....
Lol, when I first saw that PIC I was thinking the sameWasn't that Chelsea defending and clearing the ball? wait whats Migolet doing in the Chelsea goal?![]()
Agger should not have been sold.Dagger shouldn't have been sold...
Agger should not have been sold.
Lovren (Agger), Lallana (Suso), Markovich (Ibe), Can (Lucas), Lambert, Ballo should not have been bought.
We should have learnt from Spurs that average players cannot replace a signature player.
Rather have bought Cavani for 50 million and Carvalho for 40 and fill the gap with youngsters.
Red - agree
Orange - neutral
Green - disagree
The greens are a good investment for the future
Im colour blind. Give the players time. I would say only Lovren was a bad buy. I'm not into signing defenders after one good season in the BPL. Look at previous guys: Haangeland, Ashley Williams, Scott Dann etc it blows over. Lovren for the time being can be added to that list.
I've not watched a lot of Liverpool, but I've not seen a lot of Lambert. If BR is not willing to play him then he shouldn't have bought him.
Wenger does the same thing. Buy's these fringe players and then talks about how many players he has and how big his squad is, yet he is only willing to risk playing a selected few.
We paid something like 2mil for Lambert...hardly broke the bank.
The point was not how much was paid, but the fact that he is hardly being used. why buy a player and have him on your books if you are not goign to use him? Money is not the only thing there, it;s also squad harmony etc etc
BTW: Dunno how he's been used, I've seen him in a few games.
cos he doesn't cost 16million!

Dortmund's Nuri Sahin Criticises Former Boss Brendan Rodgers
Borussia Dortmund midfielder Nuri Sahin has hit out at former boss Brendan Rodgers, stating that the reason that he failed to make an impact at Liverpool was because his then-manager insisted on playing him out of position.
"After scoring a few goals the manager started playing me behind the striker which does not suit my game."Despite my love for the club and the fans, I had to leave due to the managers insistence on playing me in that role."

Seems like the assessment of BR's stubborness was not far off.
