Lol. Whine whine whine.

Well lets lok at the facts, the red was for intent i.e. going in studs up.

The referee was very inconsistent at best, and oddly in favor of the visiting side.

But the mancs get the 3 points, guess thats football.

Please don't tell me that that ManU were the better side.

Hard luck Liverpool. Done in by an idiot ref. Evans went in with as much intent as Shelvey, and went in two footed. His inconsistency was terrible as well. But you must take positives from the performances of Suso, Sterling (brilliant), Allen (best player on the pitch for me) and your captain.

United were nowhere to be found in this game. Was like watching Barca vs Wigan. That they are still reliant on the 35 year old ginger should be of massive concern to them. No trophies for them again this season, such kamikaze football is proven to be ultimately ineffective.

Yup Evans went in studs up, but they didn't land on Shelvey's leg. Shelvey's studs landed on Evans leg hence the red card. If Shelvey hadn't planted his foot on Evans leg he wouldn't have gotten a red card.

But according to the rules, going into a tackle two footed studs up is a red card offence. Evans should have seen red as well.

Even if you forget about the 2 simultaneous two foot tackles, what about the PENALTY.
I would be the first to admit that both teams have ref decisions go either way in general (lfc not having much luck in that dept though lately), but in general it seems decisons go against us when we play Man u

We are playing superb football, but our forwards seem selfish at most times, other times indecisive.

Can't blame Utd/SAF/whoever for what happened. They played the game like any other team would have done. The officiating was shocking though, but I'm not going to say anything more than that.

We played really well, Suso and Sterling (both 18 years old or younger) were amazing today, Allen was superb as always. Gerrard played well. The system is starting to come together nicely. Hopefully we can start winning some games now.

Worried about the injuries to Kelly and Agger :(

Yeah the way Agger got injured was a bit daft...caused by him and Johnson taking each other out and letting Valencia sprint away like a rabid hare, resulting in the penalty. LFC just need a bit more on-field intelligence in situations like that...Johnson should have left Agger go in for the slide, if he wins it GJ can recover possesion, if he misses it GJ is the faster guy and could have covered and challenged Valencia much earlier outside the box...

Performance was great, the guys just need to be more smarter with both defensive and attacking decisions, then the wins will come.
