Fsksake...

Agger seemed to have had a worse injury... Just slight bruising and he should be back soon.

Unfortunate for Kelly... That boy is built like a horse and his bizzare injury will have him out for 6 months.. :(

Enrique better start playing to his potential , or else Rogers will have to bring another lightie from the ranks...

Carra will just be a total fuskup if he ends up in the back four starting...

Yeah good game Pool - have to admit we didnt deserve the win

I'm glad too see more and more supporters not being so biased towards there teams. But anyway, Liverpool did well with 10 men and this is just hoping they continue with the way they played.

One the other topic, do you have to break or injure someone before you get sent off. I don't think that is right. But I guess the Shelvey red card was the correct decision.

And how's about Coates in the Center with Skrtel, he is faster and younger and faster and think has ball skills than Carragher. And did I mention faster.

PS. Carragher is still a legend

Yeah Im not sure about the studs up rule but maybe if you get the ball and not hurt a player (as Johnny did) but then again where does intent fall in or dangerous play - so ja i dunno? I do think Shelvy was more agressive and that played against him I think - but even with 10 men you scored and looked dangerous - the penalty was soft and maybe if Glen didnt rush in and stayed of his feet, he would of had a better outcome?

shelvey was just stupid. off the ground studs up. intent is enough to get sent off. looked like there was contact as well. that penalty decision was just shocking though.

couldnt watch the whole game:( but was nice to see stevie hit the target. i thought he forgot where the bloody thing was.

Yeah I thought Valencia held on too long and messed it up

Since when does Stevie forget where the target is when playing Man Utd:D

As a United fan Evans should have received what Shelvey got. If I was the ref I'd have pulled both of 'em up and yellow-carded both, then tell them one more challenge and they're off. Penalty decision was suspect at best.

Rule is, if you go in with 2 feet studs up, its a red. Whether you get the ball or not is irrelevant as its the intent (you can break someones leg like that). I think Shelvey got the end of the stick cos on first view the tackle looked bad.

But, we as LFC fans, are fuming, cos we have been so unlucky in the last year, we cant catch a break.

I think it must be a record for number of things that can go wrong in one game.

1) Dodgy Pen
2) Red Card
3) Long Injury (Kelly)
4) Player off on stretcher (Agger)
5) 0 points

It was like a Shakepearian tradegy.

Erm I'm guessing you missed Shelvey's late tackle on Rafael a tad earlier

RvP?

If Suso had planted his leg with studs in the turf, he could've been on the end of a nasty leg breaker.

Lovely double standards.

Tell that to Carragher's tackle on Nani last year... Justice indeed :D
