With regards to Bayern buying him out of his Liverpool contract. It's not just about making Klopp an offer, it's about compensating his current employers.

Judging by his comments about his long term plans, I don't think he will manage until he is 65 or thereabouts. He has (based on last 2 jobs), stuck around and worked to see his plans come to fruition. Not the type to jump ship mid project...Bayern wanted him a few years back as well, before Pep was appointed. Pity for them...

Probably not, he is a smart guy he wouldn't absolutely rule anything out - who knows how things will be in the future.
