All the top players final destination is Barcelona or Real Madrid. He played very well yesterday. I figure by the end of this season the latest. If we try and keep him longer, he will stop performing
Not sure I entirely agree, but I get the point. Here's hoping that when LFC start to turn finals into trophies, and possibly win the league, hopefully that, along with Klopp factor makes him, and others consider staying, and because they want to stay...

By all accounts Phil is a scouser at heart...

Here's hoping...I certainly don't want him to leave, and definitely not in the near future.

Watching Mane play in this Senegalese team really underscores what a huge influence the coach and the surrounding players has - he looks nowhere near as dangerous as he does when playing for us.

Some of these players preserve themselves when on international duty. Pienaar and Fortune were the same, they played to avoid injury on international duty.

Liverpool: Karius, Clyne, Lovren, Matip, Milner, Henderson, Can, Wijnaldum, Mane, Coutinho, Firmino.
Subs: Mignolet, Moreno, Origi, Klavan, Sturridge, Grujic, Lucas

Goal rush rubbish TV again - the only downside to this slot.

Stevi Ritchie sings Liverpool anthem at Old Trafford - prompting walk-out from furious locals

X Factor star brewed up a storm at the Football Blogging Awards with hilarious consequences

BYGLEN WILLIAMS

Liverpool*fans will take any chance to get one over Manchester United.

But they probably didn't expect X-Factor star Stevi Ritchie to do it for them.

It didn't go down well with the United fans at the event, many of whom then conducted what was later described as "the slowest storm out in history".

Ritchie is more famous for his stints on the X-Factor and Celebrity Big Brother than his football allegiances, but his rendition of Liverpool's anthem will no doubt go down well with Reds fans.

Not too bad. Arsenal also dropped 2.

Have to hope that the break has disrupted Chelsea's form as well

Don't care what the others are doing. We can only control our game and ensure we get max points. There will be draws but today the chances were decent enough. Firmino and Clyne. One of them should have been buried.

Hate useless international breaks.

Better to be disappointed with a draw than a loss. We had a lot of chances. Lady luck wasn't on our side. We played well, South Hampton had a very good defence. Brazilians will be 100s next week!

The Watford result against Leicester really puts the thumping they received at our gaf into perspective :)

If Chelsea win today will you still be so pleased with those dropped points?
