players i dont mind to much but klopp is non negotiable for me. as with sturridge it seems no one is irriplaceable in this setup. we will miss them but we will overcome. but klopp is entirely another issue altogether...

Lallana won't leave - he has finally found his feet and a manager that brings out the best in him. Why would he leave?

Coutinho is out 5 - 6 weeks. Includes that busy festive season when it's basically all hand on deck. Haven't seen anything about sturridge yet.

Afcon starts on the 14th January. Not sure when mane needs to report.

So looks like we will get Coutinho back just as Mane leaves...here's hoping.

Not a Liverpool fan but awful time to lose Coutinho. This is the period that can make or break your season.

LFC lineup that excites me :D

Here come the young men. Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp hands starts to teenagers Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ovie Ejaria, although Wales Under-19 forward Ben Woodburn - given his debut from the bench against Sunderland on Saturday - is again a substitute.

As expected, the German rings the changes - his hand somewhat forced by injuries to Philippe Coutinho, Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana.

Keeper Simon Mignolet starts in eight changes from Saturday's 2-0 home win against Sunderland. Georginio Wijnaldum, Sadio Mane and Emre Can keep their places.

Liverpool XI: Mignolet, Alexander-Arnold, Lucas, Klavan, Moreno, Stewart, Wijnaldum, Can, Ejaria, Mane, Origi.

Woodburn became the youngest player to score a goal for LFC.

Beat Owen's record by 100 odd days...

:D

Onward red men, onward!

PS: That cross from Alexander Arnold that Origi converted was sublime. So good to see the youngsters doing well.
