correction you were never a liverpool supporter nor are you a supporter of anyone else  because true supporters support their respective teams no matter what their results ,even if Liverpool had to be relegated I would still support them ,you are what a certain Genius would call a Band Wagon supporter :D

Not be to sarcastic, but I was a Liverpool Supporter , after the big loss in 1998, I decided , i don't want to be a looser in a loosing team for the rest of my life , my heart is with AC Milan, ahooooo!

Not to be sarcastic nut i don't think you ever were a real Liverpool supporter....we don't jump ship because our team has a big loss or loses 10 games in a row...we support the team because they Are Liverpool and no other reason....Why not go and start or post in a AC Milan thread or something

Scouser 4 life - good or bad!

Assou-Ekotto's foul on Veronin was a penalty no doubt about it. The hand ball was not. The ref was pathetic and both sides suffered because of it.

The fourth official is a young referee and maybe he needs to calm down a bit," said Benítez. "He is too young. Sammy will be banned from the touchline but the only thing with Sammy is that he cannot score goals for us. So hopefully Torres will do his job."

Maybe Rafa should let him focus on that job instead of doing Kuyt's and Babel's job's for them as well

I really had high hopes this season for Babel but he was the same bloody "no effort" player of last season

Benayoun was awesome when he finally came on but it was to late

I think that Babel is a good player, but he's not a wing. He should be playing as a centre forward. Riera and Benayoun are specialist wings.

Babel is not a winger. Not even close . For some odd reason Rafa persists with him down the left, even though he's RIGHT footed. Mind boggling I tell yah.

LMAO not as mind boggling as him playing two head injured central defenders whilst the one was dazed and confused... WTF is rafa thinking?

what you guys seem to forget is that Babel played on the left in a 4-3-3 formation at ajax ,so he was playing on the left however we dont play a 4-3-3 formation hence why babel is struggling ,and believe me Babel is not clever enough to play as a centre fwd (yet)whenever Benitez has played him there he looks lost ,he doesnt know what runs to make as a centre fwd always droping deep even Ngog is a better option than Babel up front

Yes but we deserved to win last time and didn't ;)

Pathetic. Rafa as expected reverts to his natural total kill football instincts. The bench was full of kids

Definitely the wrong tactics but I can understand them in some way. It was never going to be easy against Spurs and looking out last years result were we went at them and still lost, Rafa was always going to back it up a bit and soak the pressure and try and score on the counter. It didn't work.

Let's get one thing straight. Babel is a good player, not a great player. He can be a great player but he's at the wrong club. he doesn't seem up for it. He lacks any enthusiasm. He's best coming off the bench if anything.

What a shocker - Babel was non-existant and Lucas....again..

Lucas for me is still a good player who will definitely become better and better as the season goes on. I can't fault him on Sunday's performance, he did what he set out to do. It just didn't work.

Eish bru - since last season i have been saying that this oke is not performing and he hasn't.
Pre-season games he put some man of the match performances and i atleast had some hope but compared to the way he played again on Sunday - I have again lost all hope in him

We need those good performances to be carried into our games

But why pick on Lucas. Babel, Torres and even Mascherano had a poor display on Sunday. Lucas was much better in the midfield than Mascherano on Sunday.

I think that Babel and lucas have become the scapegoats for the fans these days at liverpool. Yeah, i admit, i am fans of theirs and they both did not have great games on sunday, but then besides Reina, who did? The team as a whole did not come to play.. How many times was torres lying on his back on the ground trying to get free kicks? How many passes did gerrard give away?

Insua is also young and didnt play great, but no one picks on him cause he is a left back. I think we often underestimate the impact the manager has on the team.. He sets out the tactics, he tells the players how he wants them to play, and we used the wrong tactics on sun..

I feel thats the major reason why the guys didnt perform as they well as they could have.
