Yeah, also seen a picture of an LFC fan pretending to be monkey directed at Evra. Really bad form. Stupid FSCKER. Should be banned for life.

Read that too... They have his photo 'tho so I really hope he had fun at Anfield today 'cos it'll be his last time.

How good was Kelly today? :D

Completely destroyed Giggs more than once. That was awesome to watch. Kelly should be our first choice RB!

I really like Kelly at the back as well, the lad is good defensively and has great pace. Right now, with Johnson in there as well, it's not a position I really loose sleep over.
That said... I'm just going to put this out there, my MOTM was Carroll. He worked really hard the whole 90 and he really dialed it up for the last 20 minutes. He held onto the ball a lot in those last 2 or 3 minutes, his flick-on was fantastic and, yes, I get he missed with the header but his positioning was great and he had De Gea under plenty pressure there. Also, had De Gea not been so busy dealing with him we might not have got the first goal, so two assists for the goals today IMO.

nicked this off another forum
The FA today award the FA Cup tie to Manchester after accepting Patrice Evra's claim that his team in fact scored 6 times. Despite 5 of the goals not being caught by any of the players, the crowd, or the TV cameras, the FA found Mr. Evra a very convincing witness. On other hand, 'we found Mr. Reina's testimony to be totally unreliable. He admitted conceding one goal but was unable to come up with any evidence at all of saving any of the other 5. Since, Mr. Reina could not prove he saved 5 goals, we concluded that they must have been scored'. The referee said that he didn't recall 6 goals being scored but couldn't be sure as he threw his notes away after the game.

Responding to comments that Mr. Evra had at very times after the game claimed his team had scored 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 goals, the panel found that Mr. Evra, not being a native speaker of English, had confused these numbers and thought they all meant 6.

LFC have been urged not to appeal by fair play campaigners saying that Man U won far and square and the team should not condone cheating.

Sky Sports understands Liverpool have failed with an audacious swap bid which would have seen them take Carlos Tevez from Manchester City in exchange for Andy Carroll.

Argentina international Tevez is widely expected to leave the Etihad Stadium during the January transfer window having been AWOL in his homeland since November, a move which has cost him a staggering £9.3million in lost wages and incentives.

AC Milan, Inter Milan and Paris Saint Germain have all been linked with his services at various points throughout the past month, but a deal to end his spell at City appears no closer to being concluded.

Now Liverpool are understood to be the latest side to make an offer for the former Manchester United and West Ham man, offering misfiring forward Carroll in return.
Not interested

The £35million signing from Newcastle during the January transfer window last year has failed to sparkle on Merseyside, scoring just six goals since his arrival with the Anfield giants.

However, the Reds' offer to their Premier League rivals is believed to have been rejected by City, with Tevez also not interested in the short move from Manchester to Merseyside.

Roberto Mancini's men are believed to be holding out for what they regard to be the full market value for their former captain, and will only sanction a deal if they receive an offer of £30million.

With the transfer window due to slam shut on Tuesday night, there are sure to be further discussions behind the scenes by Tevez's advisor Kia Joorabchian as he looks to secure his client's long-term future.

He did nothing, except shout at Agger and Martin who already know what they are doing.

Once he came off and Adam came on we suddenly had much much more of the ball.
