BELLAMY HAS injury woes. Kenny is just trying to manage him as best he could. He aint no spring chicken and his body will not be able to play 90min 2x a week.

Top Match - Good to see Andy on the score sheet, showing some signs of progress

Bellamy was outstanding - Man of the match for me

Chelsea draw helps us out -hope they achieve the same result on Sunday :D

OK, now that makes sense why Bellers doesn't play every game and rightly so.

And once again all Liverpool supporters will be in a catch 22, because no True Liverpool supporter would want Utd to win. But we need the 4th spot, so we would like Chelsea to lose

Exactly that is why a draw will be good
Chelsea will drop 2 points which will benefit us directly (if we beat Spurs)
Utd will drop 2 points which gives City the advantage

Really? You'd rather United have the 20th title over one match?

Yeah, a United/Chelsea draw would do just fine thank you very much... Also hoping that Bolton find a way past Arsenal at the Reebok this evening to give us a little space.
We've got Spurs Monday and United away on the 11th, that's second and third... Could make a right mess of the race over the next 10 days.

i think chelsea will take the 1 point if they offered it. maybe united even
Why would we take a point (if offered at the start) against a Chelsea side that can hardly scrape a goal a game (and that against lesser opp)

Do you think before you talk(type) or just let your blind hatred of United do all the work..:erm:

good game last night. Carrol gave 110% again but had little or no support.

Enrique is just immense in defence. He's like a slab of concrete when he gets on the ball

80 - Following last nights games, Liverpool have conceded the fewest shots on target in the PL this season. (Everton 81). Close

Interesting stat. You've conceded 21 (tied with United and 2 more than City). If you start getting more in the other nett you guys might be in with a shout.

Yep, we know. We don't concede many goals we just have an issue scoring them! Too many draws as well.

we don't score because so much effort goes into the defence. Only alex mcleish is as cynical and defensive as KD

What's more interesting is that, at the start of the game we had scored 25 goals all season, the same as Wolves. :erm: Chelsea have scored 41 and Arsenal 39.
