If it was just the TV evidence, then the trial would have happened sooner. As it stands, other players are witnesses (both QPR and Chelsea) and they have their commitments as well. I know Ivanovic was called as a witness and Cole. Not sure about other people, though I'm pretty sure there are QPR players involved as well. I mean honestly... if it was as open and shut as that... then it would already be shut.
I don't buy it. If they can wrap up the Suarez/Evra issue in a month or two (even though the two clubs are in separate cities, unlike QPR/Chelsea) with all the Man Utd/Liverpool witnesses they called they can do the same for the Terry case. It's not like QPR has more footballing commitments than Man Utd.
