If it was just the TV evidence, then the trial would have happened sooner. As it stands, other players are witnesses (both QPR and Chelsea) and they have their commitments as well. I know Ivanovic was called as a witness and Cole. Not sure about other people, though I'm pretty sure there are QPR players involved as well. I mean honestly... if it was as open and shut as that... then it would already be shut.

I don't buy it. If they can wrap up the Suarez/Evra issue in a month or two (even though the two clubs are in separate cities, unlike QPR/Chelsea) with all the Man Utd/Liverpool witnesses they called they can do the same for the Terry case. It's not like QPR has more footballing commitments than Man Utd.

There's a difference between the FA and a proper court hearing. I honestly don't see how you have trouble comprehending this...

EDIT: Fact is, this sort of case is not that important in terms of the law. Look at the punishments to see which cases are most important.

How was that making Kelly look silly? Kelly just charged back and tried to kick the ball away from Saurez - he missed because of a misjudged kick...

here's how you make a team look silly:

Yep... Was hoping for the draw but disappointed by how United got it. Webb being his usual, useless United lovin' self again.

our record is second only to man city and maybe Man Utd

All good and we'll having a good record I'm this regard. But one has to remember, outside the top 6 there are 14 other teams. The season Liverpool finished second under rafa they must've had the best record in the top 4. That season united dropped 2 points against the bottom half teams.
Not putting you down or anything but in my opinion this is where Liverpool need to improve, not that you don't already know this though.

Well duh

I did the stats for LFC's record against promoted sides for the last few seasons a while go.

Since the 2007/2008 season LFC have played newly promoted teams 26 times.

Played- 26
Won - 12
Draw -10
Lost - 4

Win percentage of only 46%

That includes our best season in recent years when we came second in 08/09.
