ya but pool you gotta agree Rafa makes more bad calls than good calls

I do not agree with that. Surely the heights that we have achieved in the last 5 years compared to pre-Rafa, I would have to say that the good calls far outweigh the bad calls. It's common sense surely.

and he still has the nerve to blame the players, blame the Owners, blame other clubs with more money.

I agree with you about the money thing. I don't agree with you about blaming the owners and players. Don't forget that the Owners went behind his back and spoke to Klinsman. I can bring up numerous others things the owners have done that make my blood boil but I won't go into them. The players need stick now and then and in fact, in previous seasons, Rafa has been quite supportive of the players compared to other managers.

Its funny how everyone is quick to point out zonal marking as the cause of our recent spate of leaking in goals, but when we used zonal marking on those consecutive days we've kept clean sheets earning us so many defensive records no one said a word about it.

That's exactly my point about the media. That start off something, keep storm when we keep a clean sheet and then write an article about it when we leak 2 goals or so and they make out like it happens often. The same goes with the rotation. The funny thing is that people buy into it.

The facts of the matter are simple. Liverpool had the most clean sheets three seasons in a row. They were close last season as well. That is as clear a fact as you will ever get.

I guess it's the clean sheet that matters the most which ended in 0-0 draws that costed your team ;) However this season...

No good news going into the weekend. Torres and Gerrard have been ruled out for the game tomorrow. Not ideal but let's see how it goes. We're playing away which doesn't help.

Bloody internationals.

f#cked up goal or not we did not deserve a point from the game.
It looks like our team only has about 3 or 4 players

Really disappointing result. Didn't deserve anything from the game. The goal should of not been given but the result was fair regardless. I actually expected the team to do a bit better without Gerrard and Torres (we did quite well without the two of them last season) playing. Alas, I was wrong, we missed their influence on the game.

It's still very early in the League and mark my words, the other big sides will drop points. We are a bit thin at the moment, but by the end of October, we should have a full squad with the addition of Aquilani. We could do with a lengthy winning streak then which should put us up there challenging.

same amount - every time torres and gerrard are injured we struggle to score.

The only players who seem to make a REAL difference is Reina, Torres and gerrard.

It was almost the answer I was expecting.

Did you know that Gerrard and Torres only featured together 14 times last season. 2nd on 86 points, not bad that.
