Same here.

We are in transition and we know LVG has a plan and does well with the youth...but right now I wouldn't mind the quick fix boost that a Ramos and Schweinsteiger will bring to the club and players and fans.

Put a Liga and CL winning keeper in the posts. Put a World cup winning inspirational CB to lead our defense (be it dirty like Italian CB that will be hated by the opposition - thats exactly what I want!)

Buff our MF with a current World Champion who just oozes class

Add Rooney, Di Maria, Carrick, Herrera, Blind, Shaw, Mata, Depay and a few other surprises - that is UNITED!

In all honesty the only decent CDM I see is Vidal that can fill the midfield gap. Maybe Gündoğan can be a gap stopper.
I'd also be keen to see Carlos Sánchez Moreno as a backup (this guy bossed Messi at the world cup and he bossed Neymar when Colombia beat Brazil the other day). I'd like to see Lindgard and Peraria get given more game time this season

for the CB position Otamendi is a good leader at the back but I have a gut feeling Smalling, Rojo, Jones, Shaw and Paddy McNair will come right this season... along with Di Maria.

Striker I'd like to see Morata or Muller.

Turan agent hints at MUFC talks

Arda Turan’s agent has hinted the Atletico Madrid midfielder is in talks with Manchester United.

The Turkish midfielder, who was a key part of Atletico’s run to the Champions League final in 2014, is set to leave the club this summer.

His agent, Ahmet Bulut, says the 28-year-old is keen on a move to the Premier League.

He revealed he’s already in talks with ‘three teams’ at the top of the Premier League and expects the former Galatasaray man to leave Spain before the transfer deadline.

Bulut told Spanish paper AS: “We are currently in talks with three teams but I cannot reveal the names of the clubs.

“However, I can tell you that they are the best in England and in European football.

“His intention is to leave Spain this summer.”

Turan, who’s been capped 81 times by Turkey, scored three goals in 46 games for Atletico last season.

I get what you saying and it makes sense...but what I'm saying is "Get the big names in - they will fit in somewhere or whether there are better players suited positionally , they will lift the team and fans in more ways than just positionally"...

So yes Vidal, yes Muller....big names big players....get them before the Moreno's and dont worry about the youngsters...they will get their chance and what better role models than World Cup winners

I'd rather we use this year to push those players up to the level we need them to be so we can win 3-4 more trophies later I'd rather be in transition mode than having to spend millions every trandsfer season just to win that 1 or 2 trophy...

If that one or 2 trophy is the league, then why not spend millions every year winning it. Success will breed success.

And the more competitions we are in, the more exposure the youngsters will get. I dont see how wee can be another year out the CL or just competing for top 4 every year (the youngsters will have no games) so the transition can take place, but doesnt mean we cant inject some quality recognized players every year

Pereira is a CAM, Lingard was recently playing further forward for England u21 as well. Imo and LVG's (hes said as much) CDM is the most important position we need to buy for, we currently dont have a youngster that can fill it.
