As I was saying.

Another game where we don't even play a whole half. We just do 30 mins of football. Another away win.

4th place and 2 points off the top. The type of displays that in other seasons would have seen us pushing for top half of the log.

But I'll take it and won't complain.
It is frustrating... on nights where things don't go our way - aka PSG match we end up losing and questions are asked why are we so inconsistent during a match not per match

Without Bruno and Marcus on the pitch, we seem to have nothing. And that's with Van Der Beek doing pretty well in the first half - he's good at keeping the ball moving but without Rashford's runs, we just weren't opening up any space.

3 points for a half-hour of playing - easy game :D

Spot on. They're the creators and scorers but they're a big part of the team, and the team play towards them, so that's where the goals are going to come from.

Wan bissaka is also putting in some cleverer balls on the offense of late, and telles is a crosser, so we need to try to create more through that and I think those up front will start playing for that.

I was a bit disappointed to learn martial turning 25 already. I don't understand his game, his style of play. He seems a couple of years off in his development. For me 21-24 you should be making an impression. 24 to 27 you start performing regularly and they play you in your best position because you deserve it. Then by 26 27 until 30 31 you are at the peak of your powers.

At 25 he feels like a 22 year old, duelling with Mason Greenwood to get into the first team. I know it's not great that he keeps getting different managers with different styles. But you try to learn from those. That's what the best seem to do.

He feels like a french striker from the previous era that didn't quite make it to the top, famous enough, played for the NT but never truly world class. Like Sidney gouvou, stephan guivarch, dugarry, youri djorkaeff, David trezeguet, even loic Remy and wiltord.

Would you put giroud in there too?

I think he needs a break and some time with the coaches. I don't know what his role is either - he's not good at holding the ball up to play against the best teams isolated up top. So not a good target man. He's not good at pulling off his marker for the pass - he's always in traffic somewhere. And his form is taking away the one thing he did have going for him which was his finishing.

Tbh, he's looking like bench material atmo.

I think Martial is best played on the left and interchanging with Martial on the right. His only good quality is to run at defenders - which is odd cos last season when we went on that amazing run. Martial was actually putting a very good shift in as a number 9 drawing defenders and going near post which created a lot of openings for Rashford on the far post when we attacked with AWB on the right... Right now Martial is too static and doens't make any off the ball runs when compared to Cavani

Big game tomorrow without both Martial and Cavani... I wonder if Greenwood will be playing up top or Rashford will be drafted in...

He can go. Quality player on his day, but I get the feeling the team dynamic is better off without him.
I don't disagree at all. Would have been nice to get some decent money for him. He is quality though but it doesn't feel like losing CR7.

Huge news. Pogba leaving man united. Again. No really this time.
Good riddance although I feel the clowns that run the club will get suckered into the game his agent is playing and will hand him a new MEGA contract.
I just wish OGS stands his ground and says I don't want him at the club and he can leave, not sure who will be able to afford him in this economic climate as I doubt the club will let him go on the cheap.

Yep, so Mina Raiola is trying to get a cut on the price .. due to player unhappiness, etc, rather sell than affect the team dynamic ..

I guess Fergie was right all along.. who knew.. hahaha

And Mourinho. He thought Pogba was a cancer in the dressing room, and so it is turning out to be. Pogba, and his agent, can just fark off.

We don't need some dick who is more concerned about his hairstyle, than being passionate about playing for United.

Bruno wanted to come to United. Look at his amazing impact. I think Sancho wanted to come as well, hence his drop off in form lately. Sell the purple/whatever colour haired one and get someone in who wants to play for United.

And then some. No defense. We're better without shaw and the back 3. Overrun in midfield.
Yeah not thanks to you :p you jinxed us when I asked if we would qualify before this last match... :(
Anyhow typical OGS if he had just taken Fred off after the escape from the headbutt who knows we could have just let the 2nd string play this match.

Honestly I feel DDG's time is up - he is too quiet at the back and doesn't seem to command his defence the way Henderson can, not sure WTF OGS is doing putting DDG in goal again
