Yes. He's not on the same wavelength as his team mates as we seem to be playing a different game. Think he needs a Mata type player with him. Greenwood can also play like that and of course Bruno.Nah, it's what he does when he gets it...he immediately looks to get rid of it to the closest player. He doesn't have any confidence to pick a better pass or try a trick or take a shot. Maybe that comes when he's got more game time.
West Ham having 7-8 men in or around the box hasn't helped.
Were too slow with the pass into the final 3rd... Taking extra touches when we dont need to
Ref was woeful. About the same standard as our attacking play. The number of runs into the box from Harry being an indication of how desperate and woeful we were.I don't know about you guys but sheesh this ref is rather bias.... kicks and stamps are not given then that wrestle mania move for their goal - cover Lindelof's eyes and sneak in behind to snatch the header...
What about the final break? 5 United players with 1 defender on a counter attack and he calls for half time...
I don't understand why Lindelof is starting over Bailey
And he is a way better defender than lindelof and MaguireLet me know when you find out. Especially as Ole said Bailey is fit!
Definitely looks like it. If they win their game in hand on Wed (against Everton), they will be a massive 10 points ahead of United.I think it is tickets now, City are gone. Champions League spot is all it is really about now.
Luckily the other teams in and around the top-4 spots are just as iffy as United are at the moment.

While agree, I feel Maguire and Lindelof are miles ahead in the passing ability over Bailly. So I guess one of each with Bailly could work?I think he's got the necessary level of aggression needed that is missing from Maguire and Lindelof. Their style is too similar, and therefore don't make a good combination when we really need to dig in and dominate attackers.

The modern CB in today's game should be able to pass in my opinion, it's how the game has evolved. Not saying DE Bruyne level passing.
In the last games I watched of Bailly I think he is trying to improve that area of his game, and because of this he trying extra hard on the pitch and then he goes and makes a pass that makes my brain pain![]()
Ok that's one defender down in the passing category anything on Maguires passing you want to bring to my attentionTalk about making your brain pain. Do you remember the Everton game, Lindelof was the last defender and in our half.. faced with two everton attackers and "passing" it directly to I think calvert lewin who was labout 5 metres from him.
