With a lot of football stadia being used, I'm surprised that we haven't more about potential complaints regarding the playing surface. If its soft, it could have a huge impact at scrum time as players will struggle to get good grip.

I vaguely remember SA complaining about the condition of a pitch in France when we toured a few years ago.

Do you guys think it's going to be an issue?

I doubt it. It's a simple change of length of stud used in the boots. I think they complained last time as they were not prepared. This is the RWC. If they didn't prepare for that it's idiotic.
