England have been penalised 2 or 3 times for doing dodgy stuff on the ground/not rolling away.

The decision not to card the early tip tackle also favoured Fiji somewhat.

That last penalty for England was the only slightly dodgy call but wasn't terrible.

In my opinion Peyper is lenient towards England on the ground. The last penalty is also undeserving, at least the kick missed.
