Good Day Valued clients,

Thank you for your time.

We would like to ensure support effectively and efficiently and have thus come up with a way of ensuring that all thread enquiries are individually responded to - and discussed accordingly.

To ensure this, we have closed all previously subscribed threads – and kindly request that should you want an opinion or discussion about Web Africa – that you subscribe/join to our interactive Thread created for your Web Africa based conversations.

Please feel free to post your WA related questions or comments here.

For security reasons please do not include any of your personal details in the thread.

Please make use of the PM (personal message – Inbox us)* option for direct support beyond the thread discussions.

Availability - Monday > Friday (excluding public holidays)

Always here for your support.

It is good to see WA being proactive and trust that you guys will raise the level of support on this forum as it has been rather hit and miss for quite a while now.

So, thank you for starting this and may it work really well

I can't access any of my websites

Just kidding. No complaints. The transition from Serv to WebAfrica was painless. I did have my doubts initially, but happy to be proven wrong.

Hi Web Africans

Thank you for your most valued comments on this thread - it was created to ensure that any and all comments are responded to and supported - leaving no stone unturned.

@Fulton17 - we acknowledge that it has been minimal - we aim to rectify this and create a "new breath of fresh support air" for our client and others that would like to have a chat about us (be it support or a simple conversation) and what we offer.

@Synergy - you got me there - was about to call to support

We will do our best to support you guys - this is a very small way to put some action behind our words.

Kindly note support is also available via @WebAfricaHelper and Web Africa Facebook page DM (

Best regards - have the best weekend

@HunterGR - What is your domain name and is it with Web Africa ? - (feel free to MYBB inbox me (PM) with your details, if need be)*

If not with us ... yet, few things to consider:

- Anti virus must be updated
- Ensure that your IP's are not blacklisted (this you can confirm with your ISP)*

So with only having my fiber line in for only a week ive been stuck with constant packet loss which for gaming is virtually pointless in trying to play anything. Ive sent a support ticket [#5063369] which doesn't seem to be looked at.

There are no other devices on the network only one pc and this happening when pc is idle aswell, but its random while im typing this im siting on 15% packet loss and 258ms when im not even steaming or doing anything on the internet

I'v done trace routes as requested see below

Tracing route to []

1 2 ms 2 ms 2 ms
2 * * * Request timed out.

Trace complete.

Screen shots of packet loss over teamspeak, which in turn my games are also affected by packet loss

First screen shot shows network traffic of nothing really.
