Hi
I have an old oil stain in my driveway that I would like to remove and Im not sure what I can use to remove it. I tried scrubbing it with various household cleaning agents but to no avail the stain is still there, any ideas? someone told me pool acid work and I am yet to try it... any other ideas?

Buy some trisodium phosphate from http://cim.co.za/
Buy some kitty litter (enough to cover the oil stain).
Buy a plastic sheet big enough to cover the oil stain.

Make some mud out of the trisodium phosphate and kitty litter.
Cover the stain with it.
Cover that with the sheet.
Leave for 24 hours.

Collect the kitty litter for future use.
Wash the driveway.

Prepsol engine cleaner from motoring outlets like Midas. Brush with Prepsol and hose off after soaking for a while.

have your drive way sealed thereafter, oil stains will come out in the rain with no effort required

All these suggestions are completely moot unless the OP can tell us what his driveway is made of.

Maybe he owns a oil stain removal company and is just waiting till there are enough subscribers to this thread before he presents us with an amazing solution ... :whistling:
