Old iBurst Clients

Are there any old iBurst clients who are still with Rain LTE-A and did not change their packages? If so, did you receive the off peak data which was given to ALL Rain fixed wireless clients from 1st December 2018?

The package was changed to 55Gb during the day and 55Gb from 23h00 to 06h00. Service improved markedly from about June

Been using about 70Gb but during the day, never use anything after 23h00, and no slowing down or cut off.

Morning Chris, I am asking this question, because I was informed by Afrihost that the old iBurst clients who are now Rain fixed wireless clients, will not receive the free off peak data from the 1st of December 2018 which was announced in November 2018. I just want to find out if there are other old iBurst clients who got the same treatment from Afrihost. After all, they announced it on their website that ALL Rain fixed wireless clients will receive free off peak data, equal to your monthly allocation. The only exclusion was that it is not applicable to Cell-C clients, nothing about old iburst clients.

I was an old IBurst client, I did not receive anything... querying it with them later today...

Come to think of it, I had less problems with Iburst in 5 years than I did with Afrihost in 1 week...
