Sign up with GoogleI have an old iMate PocketPC running WM2003 (i think phone edition) and I want to be able to recieve mms's on it. I only receive the header in MMS composer, but cannot view the images. i have set up the connections as per vodacom, and can connect successfully, but it doesn't look like there is any software on the device that is capable of viewing the messages. Any help?

I had one of those. I remember you need 3rd party MMS software for it to work. I just can't remember the name.

Everything you need to know about your Pocket PC is on here. You should be able to run WM6 on there or at least WM5.

I had the same issue with my iMate Jam...Vodacom took it back a few times, I had it for about a month in a year and six months. They wouldn't admit it was a problem with the phone.
I eventually sold it and bought another PDA, problem gone. Also cancelled my Vodacom contract, two birds with one stone.

You should be able to run WM6 on there or at least WM5.
Busy upgrading to WM5 as we speak. where does one get hold of a WM6 rom?
