Until you provide links to the laws you refer to you really shouldn’t.

Follow your own rules, provide proof of what you claim please.

Just what I thought you would reply since you know you posted BS.

Anything you post on this subject should thus be ignored or taken with a large pinch of salt unless proof is provided.

You always bitch and moan about proof until you post BS claims, then you cannot bother… nothing has changed.

Please do not try educate anyone on the lawful use of firearms, but since you still will do with your oversize ego, people who believe you, both of them are on their own.

But here you go with a simplified version with links to the act anyway:

If you have control of a loaded firearm or an airgun in circumstances where it creates a risk to the safety or property of any person, you commit a crime if you do not take reasonable precautions to avoid the danger.

It is an offence to point any firearm or airgun at any other person, whether it is loaded or not, and whether it is capable of being discharged or not, without good reason.

For that matter, you commit a crime if you point anything at any person which is likely to lead him to believe that it is a firearm, without good reason to do so.

It is an offence to discharge a firearm or airgun in a built-up area, or any public place, without good reason to do so.

It is an offence if you do not lock away a firearm, in a safe or strongroom, When it is not carried on the person or is not under your direct control.

It is an offence to carry a firearm in a public place unless:
  • in the case of any other firearm, in a holder designed for carrying the firearm;
  • the firearm is completely covered; and
  • the person carrying the firearm must be able to exercise effective control over it.

CD doesnt know the law.
Some guy admitted to a crime he made up.
We have footage of Blade discharging a firearm and flagging multiple people.
This thread is awesome.

Moral of the story, buy a gun.
Know the law.
No not a knife or pepper spray.
A gun.
Nobody wants to be in a knife fight.

Police will never be everywhere at the same time, not in SA and not anywhere in the world, that's why citizens do get involved at times.
I agree that the police can't be everywhere. Though it seems in SA they're "not everywhere" far more often than in other parts of the world.

You specifically said it's the biggest tragedy that the citizens didn't get involved. It's not. The primary responsibility to combat this sort of thing lies with the police, not the average citizen. That the police weren't there to deal with this situation in the first place is the biggest tragedy.

As long as you remember, when you draw and point gun fingers, the law says you have to use it.

An all the etters stood by and did fokol ,pity he didn't pull a gun shoot one of them.
You probably would also not have run across the road and get involved in this fight.

Only after seeing the video, could you tell they weren't really even armed.

Probably not as I don't carry a weapon, but there were at least 10 to 15 standing around who could have easily tackled the bastards

Go on. Expedite your death willingly.
Well let me tell you something.
Two really big guys were fighting at a shopping centre I was at awhile ago.

I am not big by any means but had a balls to get in front of the one dude and told him to walk away, which after about 10 minutes he did.

This happened about a year ago at Horizon View shopping centre.
By way I was 70 at the time
