OMS WHY?

We where getting pings to european servers of aprox 200 ms with adsl from about 3:30 am - 5am(23 july). Why is this? Why does telkom not always allow us to have such great pings!@

Low utilisation on the network. During December/January this year pings were pretty good as well.
